Varysian's flagship event for the African region is celebrating it's third year bringing local, national and global stakeholders in weather and climate together.

This event has grown to over 100 delegates, sharing challenges, solutions and novel ideas to combat climate and weather-related issues, taking into account Africa's unique cultures and diversity. 

 

All stakeholders from academia, National Meteorological and Hydrological Services, regional governmental bodies, funding agencies and technological experts will meet for 3 days in Varysians' uniquely different environment.

 

Each event agenda is developed alongside a steering committee hand-selected from the region, spanning many sectors to ensure the themes are focused on issues and solutions specific to each region.
